Coming in second is good old perfect Canada at a 12%, the best being the Netherlands at 2%. The government stepping in only prolongs the depression. Look back to the great depression FDR's new deal, which included several federally funded programs extended the depression. The trash sensors is true i cant find it but i can say that they have people who go around in Britain looking through peoples trash and fining them cited again by BBC.
