  • What about Jem the cartoon show!!

  • some of those shows started in the 70s not the 80s

  • love the benny hill theme

  • some 70's stuff in there

  • and where is she is the small wonther??? la pequeña maravilla??

  • Pretty cool. Check out my 80's TV show Openings.

  • No T J Hooker???????????.

  • Can't **BELIEVE** Airwolf didn't make that list. Never missed an episode, at least for the first three seasons (the fourth season doesn't count, IMHO, because the show got sold to a different production company, and the entire original cast got *FIRED*). But, it still should have made the list.

  • Anyone remember the series with eight in the title. It was about a family of eight... Any guess??

  • @MyChicken82 Eight Is Enough ??

  • You forgot star trek the next generation

  • Dredge cfthbc

  • out of all of those ive seen about 30 of them :) and im only 15. They need show like those on today, some of the shows now a days are just garbage!

  • @yuotyuo I say so too. They don't give me intrest anymore and I feel like they got rid of the network I use to watch as a kid that is retired and brought in by another. Sad ;(

  • GOOD !!!!!

  • The Wonder Twins, Tim and Tom Butler are getting closer to having enough money to produce their reality show! Will keep you abreast of what we are doing... See some of our videos on this channel!

  • Simpsons played on Tracy Ullman in the 80s, so they count as a true 80s show.

  • My life flashed by!!! ...

  • No 227? Hawaii five-o, hill street blues

  • I can't remember the name of this one show, but this guy somehow created a computer generated man. Whenever the computer guy needed to go some place, he would call on "Cursor" and it would generate a cool-looking car. The man's body looked like a star field, but you could see his hands and head as human. Anyone remembers the name of the show?

  • @elboricua577 that was Automan, starring Desi Arnaz Jr. (the son of Lucille Ball). It ran for only 1 season on ABC in the 80's.

  • Yeah, CHIPS !

  • All in the Family was 70's, Archie Bunkers Place was 80's.

  • good times 74-79...

  • Awesome, i love 80's TV shows!!

  • No Airwolf and Street Hawk

  • @MultiJiles my exact thought? What the hell?

  • Where did you get the idea that these shows were 80s?

    Giligan's Island - 1960s

Six Million Dollar Man - 1970s

    Dukes of Hazzard - 1970s

    Facts of Life - 1970s

  • @AgentPepsi1 Yeah Simpsons and Beverly 90210 are 90´s

  • @baizbaiz1

That is not correct - both of those are actually 1980s shows

  • @AgentPepsi1 why

  • @AgentPepsi1 As per wikipedia: Gilligan's Island ran from September 26, 1964, to September 4, 1967. Enjoying solid ratings during its original run, the show grew in popularity during decades of syndication, especially in the 1970s and '80s when many markets ran the show in the late afternoon after school......making it an 80's tv show.

  • @whiskywayne Are you like three years old? The beginning of the cycle is the determining date, not the end. LOL.... you have way too much time on your hand.

  • @AgentPepsi1 one year in the late 70s and 5 in the 80s = 80s show to me. Calling it a 70s show is like calling Seinfeld an 80s show.

  • @AgentPepsi1 The Dukes of Hazzard is an American television series that originally aired on the CBS television network from 1979 to 1985......making it an 80's tv show.

  • @AgentPepsi1 The Facts of Life is an American sitcom that originally ran on the NBC television network from August 24, 1979 to May 7, 1988......you guessed it!! Making it an 80's tv show.

You are correct on the Six Million Dollar Man...you got 1/4 correct.

And besides, who cares if they arent from the proper year? They are from that era. And was a great compilation and memories from shows we all enjoyed

  • @AgentPepsi1 Dukes and Facts of Life went well into the 80s. Gilligan's Island was a big syndication show in the 80s, as was 6MDM

  • cmon night court ruled nbc for years in the 80,s.also the master was great .and werewolf one of fox,s first big hits

  • music from the benny hill show

  • His list could go on and on for days if he included all the soap operas and game shows and other shows that lasted thru the 80's and sometimes can be found on certain channels.. But, if you look Gilligan's Island re runs can still b seen on Nick at Nite. MY current favorite channel is THE HUB from 1100pm till 100am. The show Laverne and Shirley, Batman ( 1966 ) Transformers Generation 1 and GI JOE.

  • My Favorite Show Of Them All : The Cosby Show !

  • You forgot Night Court just saying, but I love this.. I remember most of these.. WHat memories...Thank you for posting!!!

  • All in The Family is early 70s, The Love Boat is mid 70s,Good Times is mid 70s,90210 is early 90's,ChiPs is late 70s,Gilligan is early 60s,Happy Days is early70s,The Inredible Hulk is late 70s,

  • any one else hear this song from Mafia 2

  • Great but where's scarecrow and mrs king.

  • Yeah I see stuff as old as 70's and also pretty recent things that surely lasted to 2000-2005 or something. It's great to remember some of them anyway.

  • Sad how that we have went from Good Times and Family Ties to Jersey Shore and Skins.

  • good job!! would like to see simon and simon. small wonder

  • no other decade can post as many hits as the 80's ..........oh yeah and you forgot AIRWOLF !!! may you rot in hell for that

  • i hate that damn music

  • I love the beeny hill theme

  • some of these shows are from the 70's

  • There is too many that were not 80's on here but they were all great shows!!!

  • A better title would be "Late 20th Century TV Shows" given how many didn't come out in the '80s. To me, an '80s show qualifies if:

-The entire run was in the '80s

    OR

-The majority of the show's run was in the '80s, provided the peak of it's popularity occured in the '80s

It's like doing a "Musicians of the '80s" and finding The Bee Gees, Mariah Carey, Elton John, and other stars whose peak popularity happened in a time other than the '80s.

  • What About Streethawk

  • Gilligans ISland is in the 60's not the 80's

  • Beverly Hills 90210 and Baywatch are from the 90s, not the 80s :)

  • I remember watching every single one of those shows at one time or another.

  • NO SOAP?

  • no Spencer for hire .. ?

  • what about spencer for hire ? they left that one out and the hospital show , i cant think of the name tho'

  • this will take u back

  • Ahh, the memories :-) Thanks!

  • all the shows above have ended in the 90s...except 1, the simpsons (which i think ended recently)...its pretty amazing how long that show lasted and yet the kids never seem to grew up (lol)

the uploader of this vid seems to have forgotten about Airwolf, V and Small Wonder...

  • GOOD TIMES was in the 70's but thnx 4 slideshow anyways

  • LOL Doogie Howser , Max Casella was awesome as benny in sopranos!!

  • 90210 was the 90s

  • i love the old shows

  • This took me back to my teen years in the '80s - nice job!

  • How could you forget to AIRWOLF in there! Thats one of the best show of the 80s!

  • OMG OMG!!! remember how HOT Johnny Depp was back then... I mean he is still hot as now but whoa momma buy me one!!!!!!!!!!

  • VelvityRed, were you reffering to Highway to Heaven starring Michael Landon? that is the only angel show I can think of with a hitchhiker

  • @oppzorro no, i know exactly what show he is referring to but i forget what show it was too!!! i was remembering some of the episodes, where they cover him in makeup and send him on a date with a living girl, and he takes off the sunglasses and you can see through his head... i cant believe i dont remember what its called....

  • Does any remember the name of a show where a guy turns into an angel after eating a spoiled hamburger? I know it may sound corny, but hey; growing up in the 90's was great for shows/cartoons & for such generation. Thanks to youtube I found "small wonder" but no matter how many clues I seem to put into the search engine I can't seem to find the one I really want! Help me out ppl please! Thinking about it now, what does tv have on now?! It is even worth mentioning?

  • Awesome... a few of the shows were a bit older, but that's still some good stuff...

  • lol @ 2:08, Benny Hill looked like a older version of "Spanky" from the little Rascals.

  • webster was my favorite show growing up.

  • Where was airwolf and streethawk?

  • anyone remember the tv series about a hitchiking angel?

  • @welshman010785 yep with michael landon in it

  • @welshman010785 yep highway to heaven.

  • i agree some of them show were not 80's shows at all

  • well done,put together perfectly !

  • Obviously, somebody didn't do their research. About half those shows came out in the 70s & 60s.

  • Growing up in the 80's we had a lot of the shows from the 60's and 70's

on tv. ANd As a kid i loved them all...the monkeys, the munsters, bewitched,

i dream of jeanie, the flinstones, the jetsons, and the list goes on and on.

But I Love 80's TV the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I had fond memories of Chips, McGuyver, A-Team, six-million dollar man. Classic action shows.

Jump St was pretty good too.

Action shows now, I guess Young Superman (or whatever) and Burn notice are the only ones I can think of.

  • U forgot the equalizer! But other than that great!

  • In The Heat of the Night was my stuff......yeah i remember Night Court too!

  • you forgot small wonder. also the one show where the girl can freeze time and her dad is an alien from another planet. I think it was called another planet or something like that.

  • I loved six million dollar man and now its not on any hulu or fancast, I remember one episode that there was like a tank and chasing him around and grab hold on him and using laser on him Lee Manger I think thats his name,

  • no airwolf?

  • omg i'm sure theres more but i'm hoping to find some on dvd. i have all 8 of the golden girls and all 8 of the full house. notwi'm hoping to get the perfect strangers and beauty and the beast.

  • has the 6 million dollar man ever come out on dvd?

  • Forgot Max Headroom, Night court, Wings

  • Some of them shows were from the 70's not 80's

  • Man is it sad if you know ALL of those shows??

    Good Job!

  • Great list but you left out Perfect Strangers. Still 5 stars though.

  • you missed night court!!

  • oh hell yea, nice catch!!!!

  • when did the simpsons come out?

  • @gezkah about 1990. They were billed as the "family of the 90s" in one of their first promotional ads.

  • Man, I watched a lot of tv. I remember 99% of those shows.

  • Great list I watched most of those shows

  • Gilligan's Island was squarely in the 60's.

  • I agree, however, I remember seeing it all the time on tv. It was good, clean television.

  • @ymorales78211 --Yes it (Gilligan's Island) was! Why can't we have that kind of TV today? Today we have "Jersey Shore" and "Skins" and all kinda crap. I loved the late 70's & 80's. Too bad we can't go back. :-(

  • @ymorales78211 - you both bring up good points. Gilligans' Island was for sure in the 60's, not the 80s. However....I remember seeing it, as a kid, in the 80s, on tv, after school, as re-runs, so, I assiciate it with the 80s, even though I know it was from the 60s.

  • @venuspluto67 yes but it was repeated over and over in the 80s and 70s at least here in aus

  • Nice one... i remember most of them, Lol
