Actually, she is working on a new cd lol. She's just not with any record label right now and she's taking her sweet time with it. And to everyone who's saying she lipsynchs, how does she lipsynch covers? She might've lipped her first tour, but she doesn't anymore. It's pretty obvious in most of her songs she's live if you compare it to the cd version and her songs don't exactly need the strongest voice out there. Not to mention how long she's been singing, so of course she's going to sound good?

I didnt not like Hilary all that much until "Dignity" came out. That album gave her my respect as a solid pop artist. Hollywood records did her wrong by improperly promoting her. She deserves better and Miley is just a phase that I can't wait to be over. I Hilary continues in the same direction as Dignity on her next studio album.
