  • I have the same Qs, as slipknot62 but what is PMing? Just answer the Qs here pleeeeeeeeassseeeeee

  • @LittleMissSuperGirl7 PMing is private messaging.

  • whats the music niggy?

  • @SirFeralMan Don't know, didn't have any good music. :3

  • PetsMart has them for like 30 dollars

  • heyQustion for you do you keep your cockatiel leshed outside and if not how do you make it not fly away

  • @paintballvice17 I don't leash my cockatiels, I usually just clip their wings. I would like them to have their wings, but it prevents them from flying away outside, and from getting harmed indoors as well. I would just clip his/her wings.

  • Is ok just 2 buy 1?

  • my 2 cockatiels are scared of me when i go closer to them,is there a way to make friends ?

  • YOu can buy cockatiels from other owners or adoption it's way more cheaper. Or from breeders but you have to be careful with that.

  • NEVER put a bird in a harness. Because if they get frightened they try to fly away and when their chest gets yanked back they can pop their air sacs.

  • i cryed alot when my cockatiel flex flew away

  • how do they cost at a petstore

    in the us

  • @thomasbomvu ik how much they cost, there about 100 to 60 dollars. in the u.s

  • here in the uk cockatiels are only about 20-30 pounds(and here that is quite cheap for a bird)

  • piperiscute - Q1. A Q2. B Q3. A

Soooo.. what are u thinking a parakeet or a cockatiel for me plz telll me

  • @kmartwhoa okay,

so 2/3 questions means you should get a parakeet.

  • HELP i don`t know what to get should i get a cockatiel or a parakeet??? and how much is a cockatiel and a parakeet please help.

  • @kmartwhoa IDK, it depends on a type of person you are. answer the q's. and it'll be determined.

Q1. How much are you willing to spend on a bird at a pet shop (not breeder)?

    A. 20 USD or B. 100 USD

Q2. How much time DAILY are you going to spend?

    A. 10 min or B. 15-30 min

Q3. Do you prefer, a common chirping bird, or a silent bird (sort of)

    A. Commonly Chriping or B. Silent (sort of)

Answer the Q's and just tell me your answers. like

    A,b,b, or whatever.

  • i got

    Q.1 B

    Q.2 over 2 hours

    Q.3 Either one is fine

can u tell me which is better for me

  • @IchigoDluffy I think you have alot of time on your hands and will spend a fair amount on money on a bird. I suggest you get a cockatiel. Cockatiels need alot of interaction and they are very intelligent birds, they are easily calmed. And by the by, what do you mean by 20-30 pounds? I'm not from the UK :)

  • 20-30 pounds.....?

  • @IchigoDluffy Oops, I mean to say that to someone else O.o

  • @IchigoDluffy 25-30€

  • how long do cockatiels live cuz mine is 5 months so far!!~

  • usually with standard care around 15 years, with good care 20 to 25 years, and the best care with 40 yrs.the oldest cockatiel i have seen was 45 years old!

  • how do you know if a cockatiel is a boy or a girl? ps

  • The easiest way to tell is if your cockatiel has a bright colored red cheek than it is a male, if it is more of a light orange than it is a female.

  • vinatina-i know -piperiscute- has already answered your question, AND that is how you tell if its male or female, but also girl Birds dont talk or whistle long tunes...IF they posibly do, then they probly wont do it very often....

  • im gettin one cockatiel male and young so i can teach him to talk

  • shit!!!! my tiel is fucking his wife!

  • Yeah i bought my Cockatiel for 40 dollars :)

  • how many times a day do you need to clean the cage?

  • Best is one time a day, it really depends on how messy your bird is some people clean it once a week, others once every 2 weeks

  • in the winter does it need special care? like warmth of a reptile or just normal house temp year round? and if it needs special warmth, how can i do this without turning up the thermostat? pm me with ways.. please dont just reply here pm me. thanks!

  • i cried so much when my first cockatiel ran away secand died third i just got a year ago!

  • I bought my cockatiels for 25 dollars. :]

  • love da vid. my moms friend asked me if i wanted one for my b day right now. i saw the video and said yes. thank you

  • great.!!i have cockatiel..to

  • HI i got a cockatiel for my birthday too. my bday is april 10. So when the pet store owners got him out of the cage he started SCREAMING. It was very horrifiyng

  • Hello, i recently got a Cockatiel for my Birthday and it is awesome. sits on my shoulder and i play with it. However.. when it is sitting on my shoulder it keeps making a cherping / skwakingg sound.. is there any reason for it being noisy like that evin though i try give it enough attention?

  • maybe your cockatiel needs more attention, some cockatiels want 24/7 attention lol. and some just want 10 min. Most people have to re home their pets due to the taxes so everyone has to work hard and they never have enough time to give all the attention their pet needs, I usually do part or all of my homework at school that way when i come home i can give my cockatiels the interactions they need

  • Thank you very much.Makes alot of sence. Yeah im not sure if it is the pet for me. as Much as i like it im not sure if i will have the time to really look after all its needs.

  • They allso like letus!

  • if i want to train my cockatiel what should i give hime for as a treat?

  • it's your cockatiels opinion. 95% love millet! So millet, or those small seeds that come in seed diets.

  • How do they act around other animals??

I have a miniature dachsound and a tuxedo cat and I REALLLY want a bird!!!

    Please respond.

  • it depends, (really does depend) since you have a dog and a cat, on the first day or weeks or so, keep them away... when you think you're ready, keep the cockatiel in the cage and let the animals come near. (cockatiels don't mess with bigger animals usually) do this for a couple of days, so the cockatiel can get use to the animals. after you can keep the animals together, be sure they don't eat your bird...:/

  • Hi. I have a small dog and a cat, and i was just wondering how cockatiels do when being around them. I know not to just like let it walk around, but to what extent can it handle them??

I really want a cockatiel, so please respond!!!!!!!

    Nice vid btw.

  • thankyou! :)
