Columbia dubbed the Season 2 ending onto the first show of Season 3 when "Bewitched" went into 12 noon Eastern re-runs on ABC. They also dubbed the Season 1 end music onto the daytime prints (which also added an extra commercial break) for all the Season 2 shows up to Tabitha's birth before figuring out the two themes were different lengths. That foul-up was later corrected in syndication, though they never did fix the opening title music dub from Season 1 onto the Season 2-4 openings.
I have a sixteen ml print of the first color episode with the original commercials from 1966... The end credits did originally air with the season two theme for both of the first two color episodes. I am not sure why, but it is like that in the original prints.
This is a "colorized" end title from season two; otherwise, it would have had a "Color By Pathe" credit at the end, as the show "reinvented" itself in color for season three in the fall of '66. However, the "season two" end title orchestration DID turn up in an early season three episode...

I saw some episodes in color from this season on Me Tv in Chicago. Why no logo at the end though.
