Local state governments need to keep track of these kind of investors, and stop them from building and setting up any kind of controversial businesses or investments. It is a slap in the face to those who have lost families and friends at Ground Zero and to allow a mosque to be built nearby is just insane. It will just cause more animosity for what happened during 911. Just as a preacher wants to burn the Koran, who knows some radical American might want to do the same to the mosque.
