No i can't lock you my left arm. My elbow surgered 2008 and after that i can't lock out my left arm.

My best RAW competition bench with good pause on chest is 280 kg easily. I think i can do 300 kg on my best day. So it's 100 kg or more. My Super Katana is A/S model.
