FYI: It's ANGELS not ANGLES. Difference: angEL has wings, angLE is a geometric terminology. Hence, the winged heavenly creatures on the bottle in their logo. =)
Either way, this is a *very* neat technique, & I have tons of Kosher salt at home that I rarely use in cooking anyway, so - hehe. T.F.S. =)
