I have seen nothing but tough guy shit talking for all the replys.
Seriously look at the fucking title. JU-JITSU : FORBIDDEN TECHNIQUES
For all the LITTLE GIRLS in here READ THE TITLE AND THINK. The reason why it is FORBIDDEN is because it is like throwing a haymaker or a superman punch; because it can be easly countered.
BTW before you ask me to fight you like the fags you are, i don't study much ju-jitsu, just kickboxing. Also i am not 10 like you either. Have a nice day
@hankbates709 tone it down on the language, it is unnecessary to promote your point. as one who studied Therien Jiu Jitsu for 17 years, I highly doubt most people can resist or counter a submission, so take note and be more positve please.
for someone who has studied a form of jiu jitsu then you should know it is easy to counter a submission. half of what i do is counter submissions. i realize that the language is harsh but im sorry. what is the point of posting a video of someone showing how to play dirty pool. i think people need to stop doing that kind of thing and start posting 100% correct technique.
@KidMilly a ground strike and a pressure point in the inner thigh get two different responses. It depends on what ur trying to do to ur opponent. (which should be based on what he does) a ground strike migh not be possible. Also u may be trying to turn Ur opponent over and that's were pressure points work
There is nothing forbidden about these techniques. I hit kneebars and ankle locks all the time in sparring. So do a lot of other BJJ guys. His technique is not tight, and besides, I doubt he has got the timing down either, so he should focus on improving his skills by training with real grapplers and really sparring!
@frenchiman55 I can't imagine the scenario where a person in the street, with no background in any martial art would try anything like this. They tend to go for your face and body (or groin if they're real nasty). And generally, if you pull guard you don't intend to stay there. I'd have a sweep underway as soon as i could after pulling guard.
@censurabass I totaly agree with the sweep. Yea I was referring about the groin in particular. You don't wanna leave that exposed in guard. I've done BJJ for years, and it never ceases to amaze me how many bjj practitioners forget how drastically things change when you add in striking/ street fight. You're gonoing to get knocked the fuck out while you're digging for that underhook, or worse yet punched to the groin.
@censurabass ... Kinda pathetic how a lot of ufc fighters grapple like they do in practice rather than land 5 consecutive punches from half guard control and end it there. This vid is supposed to be an eye opener for some.
What did matey forget his gi in his boyfriends car?? look at him feeling up the other guy. Wot a homo, and he's got a ridiculous hairstyle!!
What's the matter with ass-holes putting themselves on youtube going hey look at me i'm a hard mother fucker! when in actual fact they are crap. I despair at a lot of these fake ass martial artists psoting their pathetic bad quality videos. What they trying to achieve??? Loserzzzzz!
if youre going to do some stupid gay shit like clawing at a guys inner thigh from guard you might ass well just start punching his balls. its more effective, takes less time, almost guarantees victory. youre a joke.
@KidMilly I guess you never heard of things like 'ligaments' and 'pressure points', do you? There are guys and gals out there who could f#ck you up beyond repair only using as much as the tip of their thumb.
@MentalRaptors okay. kudos to them. but before they can get close to my ligaments and pressure points my shoe will already have boosted there testicles halfway to their eyes.
@KidMilly xD Okay, couldn't blame you for trying, but that's no surefire technique though. What if you encounter a female opponent? No testicles to aim at, then. Then what? Greetings and stay out of trouble.
@MentalRaptors wtf are the odds of running into a crazed woman on the streets who has the skill to overwhelm a grown man? thats a ridiculous argument.
@KidMilly its a pressure point dufus McRoofus....its a very effective one two..it creates an unconditioned reflex on your opponent allowing you two move into a variation of a knee crush...IDIOTS GEESH....
@KidMilly he's showin you something you should not do. Learn to understand the english language, and stop with the calling shit gay it only makes you less mature and enables others to surmise you probably live in the woods with your sister for a wife and therefore notup to speed on political correctness - now I have to report your offensive language so I bid adieu ad encourage you to grow up.
@dudesrock2 indeed! Brazilian jiu jitsu is just diluted Japanese ju jitsu, with all the nasty and dangerous bits taken out as well as most of the throws to make it safe to practice as sport
@PalebobUK Diluted? No, it has many things added infact. It's taken away all the things that require alot of strength, and replaced them with things that rely on leaverage instead.
Just curious, have you ever done BJJ? The throws are still there, if you can do them. But often the people that do it are too small. I'm 6'4" - 210lbs and i have been taught plenty of throws.
@censurabass i have done a bit of BJJ, but i only attended a few classes in one school, so my statement was a big generalization according to what i have done and seen done. I have also done traditional goshin jujitsu, which i find more intricate and disciplined. I cant agree with you on the leverage thing tho as everything i know relys on technique rather than strength, also i find it more awkward to throw someone who is alot taller than me as the fulcrum is higher than my hips.
@trevorhirby The governing body of any given tournament. I've been to tournaments where I couldn't do spine locks (like the twister), calf crushes, or bicep cutters. Every tournament is different.
in bjj tournaments i think calf slicers are illegal?? not sure but i know for a fact that knee bars are illegal unless you are in blue belt or higher divisions, but then agian differs from tournaments.
I would like to learn a martial art..mostly for fitness but my job requires me to get physical every once and awhile so self defense would be a big plus. I would not however be able to flip around and kick like this at work..so would aikido be better, I read that it is basically an offshoot of ju-jitsu, so just wondering if anyone has idea's. tanks
Didnt know that Ju-Jutsu even had forbidden technigues. Style im leaning allows everything from hair pulling and eye gouging to knee and elbow strikes to head, groin etc.
Sure law does forbid any dislocation, breaking techniques and such since damage is permanent. Using any of those tehniques ascends you straight from using self defence to using exaggerated self defence. Id rather not lose my licence in future for breaking someones knee, if its possible to just disarm and lock him.
@Helzagore what licence? and what self defense law are you reading? and what style of jiu jitsu? ive trained in many different well-known schools and have never heard about any of the stuff your talking about
@anthan73 used wrong word when said licence. It has something to do with me and my friends "ideology". More accurate word would be "right to learn" it. We made a promise when we started learning that if we ever were to use skills we have learned for personal gain or hurt people for absolutely no reason, others would make sure that perpetrator wont be seen on dojo anymore.
As I understand, there are 2 JJ: one is self-defense, second - sport/competition JJ.
Some techniques from self-defense JJ are prohobited on competitions, because they are too dangerous or destructive. For example pulling the knee backwards. In this technique when you just start to feel the pain - you already damaged your joint.
maybe on some jiu jitsu fights..but in street fights no way...only if opponent is unconceous,or is sooo much weaker than u...for street fight is also good move spear..they use it in wwe but if u hit it real...hes goin down for a lot of time
who gonna wait you when you do all this step, even quicker, let me share something about human . Human by nature very active. Nobody wait you to do all this stuffs even kids. in general human can be aggressive when it wants . so always when defend youself keep your opponent distnance .don't wrestle with him/her.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is The Gracie Family's personal style of japanese jiu jitsu. The Gracies are so prevalent in Brazil that the style became really common(along with its impact on MMA). Now its mainly just referred to as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. There's the basic history lesson. Look it up if you want to know more about BJJ's history.
@julianjpark i disagree. you fight to eliminate the threat, you choke someone out... and walk away. stomp a knee... walk away. theres no need to kill anyone ever... but do what you have to do to go home safe.
Good vid but the titles is misleading there is nothing illegal in jujitsu by the definition of the word all strengths can be used, even eye gouges and biting techniques.
All the techniques he showed there are also not illegal for jujitsu in MMA, so anyone watching this use them.
Caution I would not fight on the ground in the street as multiple opponents can attack and stomp you.
just like kenpo can be spelt kempo, wing chun is sometimes spelt ving tsun, kung fu is often spelt gung fu, the reason behind this is because they are oriental words, the abreviation over the years has been different, other than that the meaning is the same.
jiujitsu/jujitsu is a umbrella term used for unarmed fighting techniques used by the samurai, brazillian jiujitsu is mostly grappling/groundwork founded and pioneered by the gracie family, sometimes also known as gracie jiujitsu.
wow cool, thanks! i didnt know that.. ive always wondered how to explain the history to people when they ask about why there's an oriental word in a south american sport...
Sorry guys I have been studying and teaching Ju-Jitsu for nearly 20 years and I have to say what a pile of poo, these are basic techniques performed at times poorly. The leg rotation would not work using the arm as a lever in this way...
we learned these locks within the first weeks of my traditional jujutsu class. Competitive Jujutsu makes no sense anyway, as most of the core techniques obviously cannot be used for safety reasons.
the most forbidden techniques is they so called "yin techniques" they said for 3 hit it can kill people. it will crush the ribs then it will took off the heart.. thats what i heard
no such thing as the most forbidden technique, all forbidden techniques are forbidden because of what they do the guy who gets hit by it, or the user. the "yin" technique is 1 fluid technique, with the goal of ripping out the heart. I guarantee you though that no actual forbidden technique will be on youtube.
the yin technique is forbidden.. they can put that videos in here.. its forbidden.. for example.. porn videos.. sex is forbidden.. the couple married are the only one who supposed to do that.. but they make a videos and post it in anywhere even their not married.. you dont know what are you talking about..
i know the yin technique is forbidden, sex isn't forbidden in this culture, forbidden techniques are taught to the top students only. I can easily tell if a school teaches forbidden techniques when I walk in. Trust me I know what I'm talking about.
This is actually just moves taken from Dragon style Ju-Jitsu; or Dragon style was based on this I cant remember any more actually xD but ya this style is more of do not fight anyone unless it is unavoidable then once you do it be without mercy. Shatter the joints, dislocate them; or a million other things. its a bad bad style that should not be taken lightly. Not sure how famous this style is yet xD I only know of one Doujo in Texas that teaches it.
if anyone passes your guard this way... you should probably take up knitting rather than jiu jitsu

why is this called "Forbidden Techniques" anyone know?
mdtyci 2 years ago

If you find yourself in a situation where you are forced to fight...
NOTHING is illegal =)
You fight to kill otherwise don't fight at all
julianjpark 2 years ago 2
@julianjpark i disagree. you fight to eliminate the threat, you choke someone out... and walk away. stomp a knee... walk away. theres no need to kill anyone ever... but do what you have to do to go home safe.

Good vid but the titles is misleading there is nothing illegal in jujitsu by the definition of the word all strengths can be used, even eye gouges and biting techniques.
All the techniques he showed there are also not illegal for jujitsu in MMA, so anyone watching this use them.
Caution I would not fight on the ground in the street as multiple opponents can attack and stomp you.
Learn boxing as an aid to Jujitsu.
Boxing plus Jujitsu rules supreme!!!

jl5000 2 years ago
btw.. its spelled jiu-jitsu and there's nothing forbidden about those techniques
findsugar 2 years ago
Japanese Jujitsu is spelled Jujitsu. Brazilian Jiujitsu is spelt different there isn't just one type of Jujitsu/Jiujitsu.
Passenger87 2 years ago
its just a different way of spelling the same thing nob head!!, e.g.wing chun, is also spelt ving tsun or wing tsun.DUHH!!
singhakabuttar 2 years ago
no its not the same thing, thx passenger87, i thought the difference when you WRITE it was just in putting japanese or brazillian in front
(does jujitsu get abbreviated JJJ, cuz i know brazilian jiujitsu gets abreviated BJJ)
findsugar 1 year ago
i was referring to the spelling jiujitsu and jujitsu,
singhakabuttar 1 year ago
o ok, so like bjj can also be brazilian jujitsu? (and not exclusively brazilian jiujitsu?)
findsugar 1 year ago
yes, thats exactly my point!!!
singhakabuttar 1 year ago
just like kenpo can be spelt kempo, wing chun is sometimes spelt ving tsun, kung fu is often spelt gung fu, the reason behind this is because they are oriental words, the abreviation over the years has been different, other than that the meaning is the same.
jiujitsu/jujitsu is a umbrella term used for unarmed fighting techniques used by the samurai, brazillian jiujitsu is mostly grappling/groundwork founded and pioneered by the gracie family, sometimes also known as gracie jiujitsu.
singhakabuttar 1 year ago
wow cool, thanks! i didnt know that.. ive always wondered how to explain the history to people when they ask about why there's an oriental word in a south american sport...
thx
findsugar 1 year ago
the south americans have definately refined and pioneered the art of grappling, thees no doubt about that!

Sorry guys I have been studying and teaching Ju-Jitsu for nearly 20 years and I have to say what a pile of poo, these are basic techniques performed at times poorly. The leg rotation would not work using the arm as a lever in this way...
Forbidden as I wouldnt teach this garbage...
trebor116 2 years ago
lol yeah true its forbidden to grab
someones balls and squish them
LeonLight13 2 years ago
How forbidden.......but where was the lambada?
1xtra411 2 years ago
There is no such thing as a forbidden technique and I am an Jiu Jitsu instructor so I know. The leg locks are also common as is going for the groin.

Doesn't look that lethal ...

Thats right. But your joints will tell you the other side of the story!!! :)
Coalesce1982 2 years ago
Heh, I've since had the 'thigh pinch' done to me whilst I was in a submission hold, hurt like hell for a couple of days.
pwnoftheages 2 years ago
lol what the fuck is a "forbidden technique" in bjj?
RabidxPanda 2 years ago
The Stanky Leg or the Boston Crab.
trunkmonkey81 2 years ago
we learned these locks within the first weeks of my traditional jujutsu class. Competitive Jujutsu makes no sense anyway, as most of the core techniques obviously cannot be used for safety reasons.
CuttyP123 2 years ago
the most forbidden techniques is they so called "yin techniques" they said for 3 hit it can kill people. it will crush the ribs then it will took off the heart.. thats what i heard
frhanz13 2 years ago
no such thing as the most forbidden technique, all forbidden techniques are forbidden because of what they do the guy who gets hit by it, or the user. the "yin" technique is 1 fluid technique, with the goal of ripping out the heart. I guarantee you though that no actual forbidden technique will be on youtube.
SamuiHakai 2 years ago
the yin technique is forbidden.. they can put that videos in here.. its forbidden.. for example.. porn videos.. sex is forbidden.. the couple married are the only one who supposed to do that.. but they make a videos and post it in anywhere even their not married.. you dont know what are you talking about..
frhanz13 2 years ago
i know the yin technique is forbidden, sex isn't forbidden in this culture, forbidden techniques are taught to the top students only. I can easily tell if a school teaches forbidden techniques when I walk in. Trust me I know what I'm talking about.
SamuiHakai 2 years ago
This is actually just moves taken from Dragon style Ju-Jitsu; or Dragon style was based on this I cant remember any more actually xD but ya this style is more of do not fight anyone unless it is unavoidable then once you do it be without mercy. Shatter the joints, dislocate them; or a million other things. its a bad bad style that should not be taken lightly. Not sure how famous this style is yet xD I only know of one Doujo in Texas that teaches it.
