@12345JJBB A vocal nodule is like a piece of tissue that grows on your vocal chords. It cause a hoarse voice, hurts to talk (especcially singing), shortens ur vocal range, and cracks and breaks down your speech which u can hear in nics singing in this show. It happens do to yelling alot (one possible cause) NIc yells crazy too so he get more frequently i would assume...
