I have the same problem. I have contacted Nokia Support many times with no success. I am in Brazil and I've heard about the problem in Europe, New Zealand and US. Strange is find out that nobody at Nokia Support is able to provide a solution after more than 1 year of the first report. Thanks Nokia, for gaining one more unhappy ex-customer.
its probs cus ur pressing 't' to focus it first. if you want to do that then at least let it focus before you take the pic.

Strange! what firmware is it? I have the oldest firmware but it does not lag that much.
