Great vid :) hey I got a pixie cut five months ago, and I'm really trying to grow it out. I have very acne prone skin...do you think that will matter if I take biotin? And how much water are we talking here? Thanks!

@erinrose98 Hey! If you have acne prone skin, I would recommend starting out with a lower serving, say 1000 mcgs. I take 5000, which is the max, but if you're starting out, I'd suggest a lower serving so that your skin doesn't freak out. I know some people have done that and haven't had problems. As far as water goes, you definitely need your basic 8 glasses a day...just make sure you're staying hydrated. Thanks for watching :)
