Howard is very bitter with Oprah because he has this huge $500million deal with Sirius and $200million of that is company stock. He's only bitter because if she doesn't "save" Sirius then he looses out on the $200million in stock. That's why he's so bitter. It's sad that money brings up this type of emotion. I hope Oprah steers very clear of Howard. He is far too negative and is beneath Oprah and anyone who isn't a jackass.
