Inventor.. well.. Fly power aircraft have been around for decades. But kudos for using cigarette papers, I've made many gliders from them and they work beautifully. A well built indoor balsa and mylar covered fly power aircraft can make amazing flights. Horseflies are powerful enough to power 3" span models made from regular paper.
