That friends tray is form the friends party pack. It was originally packaged with a recepie book,l a soundtrack cd, a dvd of all of the friends party episodes, some coasters i think and that tray.
Dude that's a digivice. I used to have that one, the black one, and the old style green. I wish I still had them. They fetch a pretty good amount on eBay. Nice finds!
