Nobody seems to be able to put a finger on a specific point in time. What people did was to look at pictures, films ect. that had chem-trails in them. I think they couldn't find any before 1985. After that time chem-trails were recorded, but it doesn't mean that chem-trails didn't start at an earlier time.
