I actually saved the Chronosphere in that mission :)
The trick is simply to damage the Chronosphere to red status without coming close, destroying the walls around it, and then using the Iron Curtain on it before capturing it ^_^
It was funny to see this briefing vid after that, lol
Of course, you can only do that if you KNOW it'll blow up, lol.
@nyerguds Yep. That's what I did too. Except I sort of came up with that as a desperate measure when the game mission kept on failing because you can't win by capturing, only by killing everyone. I am not surprised that you posted this, nyerguds! :D
@initvesa That was a bug, actually. Not sure what caused it, but normally it does end when you destroy the radar domes and then make it blow up by coming close to it . I've never had that bug, but apparently a lot of other people did...
i wonder how many times they laughed and had to start over when Stalin was strangling the general....
