i don't think you people understand the idea of the sumo stomp. it's not just a joke about sumo, its an excercise, the way you do it is disrespectful.
@DarxLotus - Obviously, I am not a sumo instructor. I think this is a great drill to teaching many skills. Please tell me more about the meaning of the sumo stomp. I'd like to hear it.
i did this drill in judo this is what i practice when i was in the white to green belt but the blue to black did something else (i am a green belt) 3 years i been in judo but another martial art i been in longer i think now 9 years or 10 i been in shaolin kung fu
