you will get better reaction and efficiency out of it if you flip the turbine fan around, this is what i did before i got into jet engines, have fun :)

theres a gadget that you can buy that allows you to controle your computer fans :) im not english so i dont have a good link to you. But hope i helped a bit :)

If you ask how he controls the RPM of fan so...it is PWM -- Pulse-Widh Modulation

Search on google or youtube for 555 PWM you`ll fund it

he has 2 fans there and if u have 1 fan pulling in the air and 1 blowing it out... thay both go a little faster

as for how he controles there speed. fan controler wich can be found on ebay in computer parts section

Well they are 120mm case fans, but can be used on a cpu heatsink if it is large enough to accomodate it.
