Hey, Dude. Nice review. I've just ordered it from Ebay. Wanted the orange one, but everyone else does too, so it's a bit more pricey. What I'm going to end up doing is painting the chest piece a safety orange color so it looks like some of the custom Sunstorms out there. Some of them are yellow, but with orange highlights. If I get the same quality problems as this one, then I'm just going to use sand paper on the parts I need to, and re-paint. I'm seriously thinking about doing a review myself.
@TheDragonSuperman This one has lots of issues but not really a lot of problems if your just using it for display. I have to position the feet a certain way because one of them doesn't go down all the way. Plus the hands get stuck when in vehicle mode and when you transform him back I have to use a knife to get the hand out. My best advice to you if your looking for one of these is not to look on ebay but kotoys.com. They have a really great selection there for low prices.
Hi guys, I just got mine and it has almost none of the problems mentioned earlier. A little tight elbows and a the upper legs are kind of loose, but the build and paint quality is great, almost as good as the originals. Also, I really love the colors, the strange yellow is awesome and it's contrast with the silver and gold paint is really cool. My favorite seeker look so far. Definitely Recommended!!
mine had same problem when i got sun storm thunder cracker an ghost star scream all 3's feet wouldnt go completely down so i took there legs apart an had to file the back of the feet down.
@Xybertron80 I guess that's the price we pay when we gamble. I mean I don't think that the quality issues are so bad if your not gonna mess with it. However I got the other versions of thundercracker and skywarp, the first versions where they were to loose so all I did was tighten the screws and put a little glue on the pegs of skywarps guns. However in your case if the joints are to tight and you can use a screwdriver then just simply make it less tight in the screw. =3
