this is without a doubt one of the sadest and best films i have ever seen its so sad.

i can just remember the part when hes day dreaming after he takes the pills and drinks the liquor and hes walking around all the people that have died already that are having a get together and they're all welcoming him and showing with their body language that its alright, he did what he could an neither of them blame him, terrific screenplay

Roméo Dallaire is one of the greatest generals ever(canada is well known for amazing generals such as himself) and is one of the main reasons i am proud to be a canadian. we now have no choice but to fire back at these monsters that threaten freedom and everything else good in the world, they learned that in rwanda.

@Ascoli1898Calcio You are correct, but he was born in the Netherlands as the son of a Canadian soldier who was stationed there. He came to Canada six months later. Being born in a country can actually have very little bearing on one's true allegiance to a particular nation. In all honesty, he's even more of a Canadian than I am, and I was born here.

Thanks. I've since bought a copy online. I wanted to see it because the music was recorded in Australia and my son's playing the drums on it. It's an excellent movie but didn't get much of a look in here as there was a similar movie released just prior to this one.
