I've been to Paris quite recently and I can assure you that most of the backgrounds are highly recognizable. I saw a lot on what I thought was the Champs-Elyseez in the vid so I'm pretty sure it is paris. I saw a lot of nice cars there myself including lamborghini gallardo, rolls-royce, porsche, maserattiect.

man, if you want luxury places in Dubai you will find them, but they are not many. the city is all under construction and the way its organaized is very bad. the main street which takes you to every where is a highway, the streets are messed up( other than inside a luxury place like JBR or jumaira city )
