  • there a 1050 on ebay with a loader look at it if interested

  • @muddermaster

haha, thats awesome man. I've wanted one for a long time. Don't have the cash i'm sure though. Can you send me a message with the link to the auction?

  • that look like so much fun nice old tractor luv the look of it

  • @bleachedpc

Thanks alot man. It is a blast :) Yeah, in 66 they redesigned the body of these, and they look way newer, and pretty boring compared to the 62-65 style. Same machines, but different body's.

  • I love the way that left front tire lays down sideways.

  • @LT1HILLINGHOE

Yeah, it was in rough shape.

  • so fkin ghetto

  • i want some drunk hillbillies to hang out with and race tractors

  • @SeaSickDrop

haha, well, that mildly insulting. Neither of us were drunk, and we aren't hillbillies, or racing at all. But hey, what can you do? ;)

  • @tommartyn im sorry, i didn't mean to insult you. : )

  • @SeaSickDrop

    hahah, its cool.

  • man i got to hang out with this dude... Looks like hell of fun!!

  • @SanAntonio78210

haha, thanks man. its alot of fun for sure.

  • lovin the little ag tires thumbs up!! :D dude in the begin of the video when your going throught the old tire tracks it looks like they were as wide as the rear tires on my bolens :P

  • @flexer1200

Thanks man! yeah those tires really fit that old 800 perfectly :)

  • @xxIMMORTALxSKILLZxx

haha, glad you got a kick out of it man

  • PUSSY LAWN MOWERS!!

  • @imakefirecold

hahah, i guess, if they were lawn mowers.

  • @tommartyn XDD briggs nd stratan all the way!

  • @imakefirecold

Yeah man, on lawn mowers, you put shitty briggs engines, On awesome garden tractors, you use Wisconsin Heavy Duty Aircooled Engines.

  • @tommartyn yea i start mine and it wont run for more than 5 seconds you have to feed it gas straight to the carb and then it pisses oil

  • @imakefirecold

    You start your what?

  • @tommartyn my mower.....

  • @imakefirecold

Right, well what engine is it?

  • @imakefirecold compared to what

  • i do this every mid fall when the rain season comes :D got a 4020 john deer but its pretty big but still fun to drive it through my pond when it floods :DDDD

  • @3p1cName

Freaking awesome man! Its alot of fun! :)

  • Hope there is plenty of engine oil in them sons of bitches!!LOL im enjoying watching u guys.Crazy as hell.

  • Dang! I just gotta get me one of these....that looks like so much fun!

  • @tejeffers1

I'm not gonna lie, it is alot of fun :)

  • this is what garden tractors were designed for!

  • @huckster78

    haha, apparently so :)

  • Rednecks - Developing back problems since the 1930's.

  • @Wolfesscythe117

I don't agree with the redneck thing, but i'm with you on the back problems. :) Especially since we started getting alot of old honda three wheelers. They'll tear you up pretty bad.

  • 3:31 old truck :)

  • @mrlolo4844

Got a few of them around :)

  • i dont think the front wheels work anymore lol

  • @Kingoftehill

hahah, well, they work for what we're doing. But mostly they don't work so well. But hey, at least they held air! :)

  • @tommartyn lol this has nothing to do with my comment but since im such a big fan of you guys (Literally) i have a bolens myself. Its an ht23 and its just kick ass and i wanna go romping with it!!!

  • This video was a good bowl of holylolwtf and served right.

  • let me know if u are a good hog sucker...

  • Look at all the garbage they have on the property.

Instead of doing this they could clean.

Well that is their attitude and that's they have all the garbage in their lives.

    Garbage people

  • @Sunfadedlovejaded

    Seriously?

How long would it take really to clean all that up? A week at the most? What would we do after that? Apparently this isn't an acceptable way (according to you) to spend our time,

There's plenty of time to clean, and plenty of time to have some fun with our lives.

And apparently, plenty of time for people to spend theirs, watching mine and complaining.

Instead of you doing this, you could have accomplished something in your own life.

  • @tommartyn

Well in this world its funny to watch stupid people and laugh.

You are lower in the food chain. you are the weakest link.

Get on you can-and-line phone and tell your 250lb 3rd cousin wife to start cleaning so you can have fun

  • @Sunfadedlovejaded

Dude, i have to say, Even your insults are Generic, Uninteresting, and crudely put together.

But sadly for you, they do say a bunch about what what kind of person you are.

When you are gone, the world will not miss you. But it will be a little better off...

  • @tommartyn

Even your fun is wasteful. You are nothing but a wasteful piece of shit who breeds and passes on idiocratic behavior. I THINK NATURE WILL BE MUCH BETTER OFF WITHOUT YOU IN THE WORLD THATS FOR SURE. That useless noise, pollution..when you are gone you also wont be missed but the world would be much more better off than me going.

  • Man... You aren't very thoughtful are you? Fun, by definition is wasteful. At least the way you're looking at it. In my opinion, if its making you're time on earth a better place, its probably worth it. And all your bullshit about pollution, and noise, is ridiculous. If you drive a car for a few days, you're polluting unbelievably more then this short romp through the woods...

And i'm NOT a breeder. And i will not breed. I don't want to create something that will feel pain ever.

  • @tommartyn

Why don't you use that tractor for pulling out the trash you have scattered all over your property?

Man if your yard is that dirty I bet your house must STINK!

    Clean up your mess

  • @Sunfadedlovejaded Shut up, they're just trying to get a spot on "Hoarders".

  • realy cool

  • damn i used to love doing this kinda stuff with our old 60s ford lawn mower. it was a beast

    brings back good memories

  • @bigtoepfer

:) hahah, awesome man :) Never had a ford, they seem like they'd do real well though!

  • Fuck yeah slap that iron maden!

  • if u are going to build one get a cub cadet trans

  • @lawnmoweredneck101

well, i'm not going to build one, but if i was, i'm sure i'd use a bolens trans :)

  • The epic way to kill wheel bearings LOL Great vid, I'm still hoping Santa will drop a wheel horse down the chimney one of these days! Until then I guess I'll have to fix my junky homemade wooden suicide machine :)

  • @SuperKONR

Thanks alot man! Yeah, keep searching craigs list man, never know when you'll find one :)

  • @tommartyn I found a great little 8hp beast on craigslist, I think it is an older craftsman. $200, GREAT price for over here (everythings gotta be expensive) but I really dont have the room in the middle of vegas. Instead I'm going to get some steel box tube, make a frame, and build my own tractor.

  • @SuperKONR

Yeah man :) 200 dollars for a craftsman isn't worth it. But yeah, i hope you make something awesome with some box tube :)

  • @tommartyn Thanks, do you think 16 ga. steel box tube will be strong enough? A friend has a ton of scrap metal and he's going to cut it and give it to me. I'm planning on getting some garden tractor parts off eBay, front end, transmission, rear wheels, and whatever gearbox is used to run a horizontal shaft engine.

  • @SuperKONR

Nice man :) yeah, there are also some little 90 degree gearbox's that you can buy that will allow you to use a vertical shaft setup transaxle, with your horizontal engine. Or vice versa. Just throwing that out there, incase you come across a good deal on something.

  • @tommartyn Ok cool, I also have a 5hp briggs vert thats got a cast iron flywheel I can throw together if need be. Ebay kills on shipping, but hopefully I find a deal somewhere.

    Thanks,

    SuperKONR

  • nice broken axel

  • @kingrobbert100

Thank you much! but its actually just missing the bearings in both front rims. the axles are perfectly fine.

  • Fun..fun..fun...

if thats the only factor in the world...

    ...very easy life.

The 7 billion people in the world all eat. What if they all now make in 5min fun so much demage to the nature n environment...well...we could wait years n years till this demage is ...

Looking exactly to the plants n animals, the demage is little, if doing this once.

If 7Billion do it every day or once a week...

Our sons will know this coherence n influences much junger..

  • @GreenDevilAngel

7 billion people do not do this every day, or once a week. And that isn't going to start happening.

  • @tommartyn

if we all do something just for fun... not important what exactly, just somthing, just for fun..

..with this old little maschines it looks funny, very funny.. n must be even much more fun by doing it..

it was just a thought, that our generation can do that now easely...

.. our sons probably not anymore so easy...

  • @GreenDevilAngel

    sorry, i misunderstood you before.

I agree, i think about that alot. we are all very lucky to be alive right now, in possibly the most self indulgent time there might be for mankind.

It is way more fun when you are actually doing it :) And it is simple funny fun. Its true, gas will be so much more expensive, and hard to get in the future, machines like these won't be around anymore. This is a rare time. but there will always be good simple fun to be had

  • 14 people dont have mowers

  • @NastyNate9120

    What do you mean?

  • @tommartyn thats why there are 14 dislikes. those people dont know how fun mowers are

  • @NastyNate9120

haha, nice :) yeah, when i click on the comment, it doesn't show me the likes and dislikes stuff.

    Thats pretty good man :)

  • Nice vid. Those tractors showed more promise here then in the mud hole vid. Keep going with it.

  • I take my john deere 216 through the woods and my cousin just got a bolens 850, the old tractors are the best. My cousin used to have a newer mower that was light and if i got stuck he couldnt pull me out so now i put a winch on my lawn tractor but its all fun

  • @ryan17823

Nice! yeah, the 850 should weigh over 600 pounds, so that should be able to pull you out :) just make sure to lock it posi first :)

  • @ryan17823 I like the newer tractors.. I think it is all personal preference. As long as your offroadin !!

  • bad ass ive been inspired

  • @DIXIEONMYMIND13

Nice. Thats what we're here for :)

  • dude, I checked out a couple of your vids but couldn't take it anymore......... Your Camera man sucks , flat out...... i'm dizzy lol...............

  • @Tbomb187

    Well, that sucks.

    I'll try harder.

  • You know.... ATV's work a little better

  • @CanadianRandom

Depends what you're trying to do. If you're trying to drive 1960's garden tractors through the woods, they really don't work for that. :) This is actually alot of fun man, when you get a bunch of people on these beasts and all head back into the woods to see what kind of crazy stuff you can try to make it through. Definitely alot of fun. Its alot of work, and thats part of why its fun.

  • @tommartyn yeah you right, if you were with people it definatly wud be fun

  • I watched this all the way to the end, & was waiting any second for that left-front to fly-off, & see the shit start t' fly as you buried the axle-stub into that slurry! But, nope---it just hung-on by a hair!

But I'm glad to see that at least you haven't "grown-up" any, since I last "visited" your vids about 6-months ago! LOL!☺

Damned-shame we ain't neighbors, 'cause between YOUR "inventory" & MINE???

    We'd create a "big-kids-heaven", fer shure...!!!

  • @bruno640

haha, yep, those rims were on that thing for a few months, never gave out luckily, but man it was fun driving it like that, it chose which direction to go sometimes :)

Yeah, we've been putting vids up for 4 years now, and we keep at it. Probably will till our backs give out from all this punishment :)

  • bellissimo raga

  • Nice little playground. I really like the enhanced front wheel hubs, those tires really follow the terrain. lol

  • @krawlr

:) haha, yeah, i figured the tractor knows best, so we gave it some independant steering so it can decide the best routes :)

  • I like to get drunk or high and go do that shit...it's fun as hell...

  • @zcg3

    Maybe even a combo :)

  • redneck just goes to show you we dont need ATVs or stuff like that just give use a tractor and we can have the time of are lives

  • There's quite some redneck powa going on here, seems like a lot of fun :)

  • some quality yard maintenance going on in this video

  • @spoolin610

Hey, thats one of the things that garden tractors are good for

  • i bet you could call it tractor boondocking!!

  • @polaristrailboss250

hahah, yeah, that is kinda fitting!

  • THE FRONT WHEELS ARE FUCKED!!!

  • @niper99

Yeah, when i put those wheels on, i had to take the bearings out, because they would't fit on the axles. the whole was too small.

  • @SydneyBellexxx

Oh my god man, How can you possibly be so kind? You might sincerely be the most Loving, Caring, Generous person i've ever had the pleasure of reading a heart felt comment from. Thank you so much sir, Thank you. Well wishes for you in everything you do with your life.

  • do u guys ever have poison ivy problems out there? it looks like there is a ton in the back ground lol

  • @rdrdrd22

Yeah man! its really bad sometimes. You don't even notice it till later that night, or the next day, then you're pretty much done... yeah, i got lucky last year, don't think i got any. I SAW alot growing though.

  • Did the wheel ever fall off of that tractor? It looked like it had no wheel bearings left.

I never got to drive any tractors like this but I did get to put a very small pully on one that I got for free and I got the thing to do almost 35mph it had a 10 horse briggs with electric start. I think it was one of the old flat head I.C. engines. It was mounted on an old craftsman from the mid 80's it had a 4 speed gear box. I rigged up a peace of string to the throttle linkage so I would go faster.

  • @workensmart

:) nah, it never fell off. what happened was, those are off of a newer bolens, and the axles were too wide to fit through the bearings, so i popped them out. It looks horrible, but it actually worked ok, and was pretty funny driving it like that.

Nice nan, gotta like free tractors that work. And fast too, can't beat it.

  • @tommartyn I was fast until the governor blew up inside the engine lol. It took out the cam and the piston skirt lol. I didn't even have it for a year.

  • Buy an ATV maybe??

  • @BittingerMovies

    Actually, NO.

This is alot of fun, and the whole point of this is you have to try to make it though things. ATV's are fast, and comfortable, but you are really facing a challenge when you take a 600 pound tractor out and try to do this stuff. It really is a shitload of fun.

  • @BittingerMovies fuck be a redneck

  • @diper1997 I am. Just one with a little extra money is all. I don't like slow one bit. Sorry I'm an adrenaline junkie. To be honest i'm bored unless i'm jumping off stuff or speeding.

  • @BittingerMovies Don't forget , these guys are redneck.....to them it is an atv! lol

  • thank you. you have inspired me to do this when i'm bored... problem is finding mud and shit to go thru and not to mention a lawn tractor:D

  • @MotoFoxRCR77

haha, Awesome man :) Try to find a free tractor. Keep an eye out when you drive around, in peoples yards and stuff. look for ones that look like they've been sitting for years, and probably haven't ran for ever. People will give them away alot of the time if you'll get them out of there. its always worth asking. :)

  • Hey Tom,

What is the tractor at the very beginning of the video? I remember my dad having one when I was younger, and I'd love to hunt down another.

    Jason

  • @jd123465

    Hey Jason,

That is a 1966 Wheel Horse 606. 6HP tecumseh, pullstart only. It was an awesome engine :) I blew the connecting rod reving it up the one day... :( Hope you can find one! there are alot of wheelhorses out there, and they are all pretty much like this from these years. some of the higher models had a little bit longer frames and hoods.

  • Man! Your videos are awesome! How much do you think I could get a used one for?

  • @buddman522

    Glad you like them man!

You can pick a bolens up for anywhere from free to 500 bucks. The best thing to do, is check peoples yards when you drive around, and if you see a potential one, stop and ask. Gotten alot of stuff that way.

  • @tommartyn Awesome. I know im asking dumb questions but are any old lawn mowers good to do this stuff with? You know, like if i threw some knobby tires on them? And where do you find knobby tires for lawn mowers? haha

  • @buddman522

    Yo man!

There are a lot of companies that make garden tractors that do really well. Old wheel horses are awesome, very capable, and reliable. Most 60'S to 70's garden tractors uze 12 inch rear rims, and you can get really good atv tires in that size. Ebay works good. :)

  • @tommartyn On must of these lawn tractors do you take off the governor? or do you change the belts? I am mostly wanting to go throught mud when i get mine. But I would like for it to be some what fast, while still not buying a bunch of parts, and belts, and doing a lot of welding.

    Thanks

  • one thing is wrong with this video, weres your beer man?!

  • @buttchy78

    Hahah, where's the vodka vodka?

  • looks like w wheel bearing is out, but hell that can always wait until tomorrow! haha nice video!

  • @massey2012

:) Thanks! Yeah, the axles were too big for the bearings that were in those rims, so i took them out to fit the wheels on :) It was pretty fun driving it like that :) never knew exactly which way it might try to turn :)

  • your wheels are falling off the freakin thing....lol...go man go..thumbs up :)

  • i wish i had a bolens 800 i have a jondeer 2 seter

  • @photmp

Hey, keep your eyes out for one :) Any tube frame bolens is pretty cool. they're all pretty much the same :)

I'm sure the john deere is awesome!

  • i did this befor

  • How can people not like this? O well aslong as you guys have fun.

  • @guero31030

Thanks man! yeah, its alot of fun :)

  • @tommartyn Man If I had a place and a tractor to do it with I would be out there in a second. Some people can seem to understand that simple stuff like that is what makes life worth living. Going out there with friends and having fun.

  • LOL at the front left wheel spindle

  • I wish I still had my mower. I wanna play lol

  • @MrRepojoe

You can always find mowers/tractors pretty cheap that don't have decks. Alot of times free :)

  • i got a old dynamark that i put some mods on. dual rear tires new motor new strait pipe and transmission. would it hold up long doing this? it year is 1970-80 i dont remember exactly.

  • @TheSystemification This is some pretty light duty stuff, i would expect it to hold up pretty well :) Should be pretty fun too.

  • @tannerhigh67

I put different front wheels on this tractor, and the axle size was too big for the bearings, so i took the bearings out, and just ran it like that, so the rims have a crazy amount of play at the axle, about an inch proably.

  • @tommartyn how many hp does dat tractor have

  • @gaspowerrules

    Only 7.25

    small wisconsin on the 800's

  • @tommartyn dam that frame is way bigger than my sears super twelve and i have a 16 hp briggs side shaft on it but it really looks like that one would out pull it so which one would out pull the other also my has all origanal tires equipped with calcum in the back is that good

  • @gaspowerrules

    its good for pulling :)

my guess would be the bolens might out pull the sears, just because this has the AG tires on it. if they both had equal tires, the sears would probably win. The extra weight in the tires, and all that extra HP would really be important.

  • @tommartyn that would be mine too one it look s like it ways 2 times what mine does also arent boles drive shaft drive and live my sears is belt driven and spider gears

  • @gaspowerrules

this thing probably ways about 550 pounds, a sears probably isn't too much lighter.

Bolens are shaft drive, but they drive the shaft with a short belt. Then there is a real clutch built into the driveshaft. It has a differential also, but there is a knob you turn on the axle. to tighten the differential up. the tighter you make it, the more its like a solid axle. So its got the sears beat on that :)

  • yeah turns out that my Bolens large frame that i'm looking at buying, the wisconsin motor doesn't get spark how much should i offer him for the tractor?

  • @mrHernandezify start low no spark is easy to fix prolly the points

  • @mrHernandezify

yeah, i'd agree. probably points. Though it could be a newer one, that had the solid state electronic ignition. in that case, it could be a few other things.

offer him a few hundered less. I really am not good with knowing how much to offer. plus i haven't seen it.

  • where can you buy one?

  • @dirtbikeman55

i try to look in peoples yards as i drive by places alot. also ebay, and craigslist.

  • @tommartyn okay thanks.

how much do they usually cost?

  • @dirtbikeman55

it vary's alot. You get lucky some times. just have to be watching alot. For a non working one it can be free to 75 bucks. for a running one i'd guess 50-500 bucks. They're very durable and well made so they go for alot. not to mention there are several hundered attachments made for these tube frame bolens

  • Someone needs to start-up a racing catagory for these Tractors, offroad event or even a cross-country course, it would be very entertaining!

  • @fixitdude74

yeah man! that would be fun to compete in too. stuff to climb up, mud to bog through, crazy angles to try and go on. man... I should start that here.

  • I do that too with my tractor! awesome video!

  • @ilovehambugers

Nice! Always glad to know another romper out there :)

  • I think driving some old lawn tractors on an atv trial was a good idea i just want to know who was the dumb ass who thought to make a video of it.

  • @dirtcycleman07

    Ayyyyyyy-ooooooooo

:) yeah, we have a few hundred videos actually. But most of them are with a shitload of people, and are pretty action packed. This one's just showing what the 800 can go easily through.

Also,This isn't an atv trail, i don't have atv's. These are trails we made with garden tractors and trucks and jeeps.

  • Cool vid I remember when I use to do that shit with our lawn mower

  • `god damn u need that peace of shit in a junk yard u fuckung lozer!

  • @penis903

Just what exactly is your problem? How the fuck is this hurting or even bothering you?

  • @penis903 yea man what the fuck is ur prob. evedentaly u like this stuff or u wouldnt be watching it!!! Fucktard

  • @penis903 wtf is fuckung?

  • this is america at its finest, god! i love it!

  • LOL. I used to take the mow deck off my tractor and put snows and a trailer on and w/a lawnchair bolted down and me and my cousin would offroad. haha I thought i was the only one. hahah

  • is that the stock motor no rebuild or new motor?

  • @xiteamxi

As far as i know it was never rebuilt. Totally stock 7.25HP wisconsin S-7d engine. They don't have alot of power, but you can always drop them into a lower gear if you have to :)

  • love the directional tires!!!

  • @JManBlue1995

haha, which ones? the ones in the front that flop around which ever direction they want to, or the back AG beasts? :)

  • why dont you get a four wheeler they can last longer than a 600 pound lil' tractor

  • @Jakesnowmobiler

Last longer? :) You do realize this tractor is from the 1963 right? Making it 47 years old. so... yeah. I think they last pretty long.

  • @tommartyn

yeaaa i know that it was made 1963 but i

am talking about the height of the tractor

compared to a four wheeler like tractors

cant go in very deep ruts unless you have

    a video of it

  • @tommartyn haha. TOLD

  • @Jakesnowmobiler some people can't afford $6000 for a play toy..so this is a good alternative..i've been there done that.
