Haha "testing" is done with 2 people hanging over the edge.

Forget falling. What if it gets stuck? That'd fill your undies a few times over.

I don't understand how people can work that high without the threat of having their entire family killed.

Yeah similar stuff has happened heaps of times. They send 3rd world workers to Iraq without telling them that they're going there.
