In the Heavyweight division, I have yet to see a faster Boxer. Punchers, yes, but not as versatile punchers (Frazier's hooks were the speed of goddamn light, but only his hooks. Tyson had uppercuts and crosses that were his fastest.) While Ali's hooks, uppercuts, and crosses weren't the fastest, he was still very fast with all of them.

As far as footwork goes, you need to really take into consideration Young Ali/Cassius Clay v. Older Ali. He just couldn't move as fast when he was older. In his prime he had by far the best footwork I've seen in heavyweight. His head movement when he was young was also second to none (watch the second fight with Liston)
