@xansk8 Ross Brawn moved him onto a 3-stop strategy to try and get him past Frentzen, who up until he retired at least, had been holding him up the entire race. Regardless of this, it wasn't Ferrari calling him in for no reason, Schumacher let him into the lead to let Rubens utilise his light fuel-load, to cement 2nd place. Logical really.

But yes, on other occasions, I do agree the Ferrari tactics were contentious.
