@sacredjimi wait explain to me how someone could enjoy being pelted by sand going 30mph all day. the other people there didnt look like they were having fun either, I saw people wearing sweatshirts and huddling around campfires most of the day (this was in august by the way, the hottest month of the year). other people tried to go for walks on the beach and were covering their faces because of the wind and sand.

Swear to god this video made me cry.Its short Jalama/Tarantulas/Cliffs - the way I used to have it for days on end. Watch it a few times and you can get an idea of the size. I had this place with maybe twenty other guys, to ourselves MANY summers all tides, camping up there for weeks. I have had enough surf to last two lifetimes and still yet I miss it and my adrenaline rises as soon as I see the electric mist from this spiritual place even from vids. Please post more!

i went to this beach about a year ago.. it was probably the worst fucking beach i have ever seen. the water was freezing, there was always 30mph wind all fucking day and sand was hitting us in the face. there were so many wind surfers in the water that me and my girlfriend had no fucking room to swim without almost getting hit by one fo those assholes, but the worst part was definitely the wind. the only thing i liked was the jalama burger at the burger place there
yep it was breaking way out passed 3rd reef and pass the outer limits of the kelp beds,,the next day UCSB kids did try tow -in but couldn,t get through the white water
The last day of filming ended after midnite,the nxt day J-Land went off,a few windsurfers went out as Dubock got the Pic,s I was too tied to risk the joy,,Dec 07 swell
both you guy should stay out of the water. . .15min. drive for me LOL!!!
