i remain very disturbed and agitayted and canot focus anywhere. but recently i was becoming quite self dependent but taliking to that counsellor i am again drowning. please help me. although i bashed the counsellor up a d i am proud of it as he came to be a sex maniac 60 year old but is becoming the author of a book recently

i am 32 now had a horrible childhood with hyper critical negative parents without any emotional bonding and real life guidance to me. they themselves nevr got along then seperated again reunited. always attracted to wrong guys. came acros an abusive counsellor which i later realised. my 3rd boyfriend also finally got rid of me. is it possible and fair to get completly emotionally detached from my parents n b happy n still prosper. as their humialing and worthless attitude for me still persist
