@serpz123 find your vst folder in fl studio then click and drag your dll file of the plugin into the vst folder when your done with that goto fl click on channel click on more you should see more plugins on the bottom right corner of that window press refresh then click quick scan thare it should say found new plugin goto the plugin that is red and click on that box tadaah now u can insert the new plugin. ignore the rest of this daabhbadscsdbadgadsgshffhfsaab­dfajkdfjbzhbipfuaifeyaptioeuto­piweut

No, or well yes. There is many different synth types thjat can create different sounds, and those synths can do other sounds that 3xosc can't.

This type of sound can be expected from a 3-oscillator synth with detuning. So I look on for an even better synth because this sound eventually becomes insufficient in many cases. That's why I use Sytrus. I'm still not convinced because every 3x osc video that I've seen so far is just the same thing: super saw waves (they sound good, but I want to hear other good sounds).

Can somebody help me pls? I tried to make the Trance-Pad settings in my own project but the result isn't like in the video. I made every settings like in the downloadable project but the sound is a bit hard. It sounds not so soft and "dreamlike" like in the video

yep, you said it Reaper, 3xOsc is the only synth you'll ever need... EXCEPT, occasionally I use sytrus, because it does have some useful features like phase offset, and it uses FM synthesis whereas 3xOsc uses subtractive. Still, 3xOsc is sufficient in almost all cases, so it's my primary synthesiser.

Not a stupid question. All you do is right click a cutoff frequence, then click create automation clip, then you get a line in the playlist, that you can point and click how you want it to be :)

Yupp, open fl studio and open the project, but i think you need fl studio 9 or later, or it won't work.

Try adding reverb, delay, maybe little bloodoverdrive too, i don't remember now, it was so long ago.

But it's all fruity loops effects, nothing other :)

Can't really compare a ROMpler (Nexus) to a regular synth. Try making the 3xOsc sound like a piano :P Still, most beginners tend to download the fattest synths available even before they learn the basics of a synthesizer, like the ADSR for example.

Fruity Loops Delay and Reverb, yes. Only normal effects, that you add to other synths aswell.

3xOsc does the sound, not anything else.

EXACTLY.... Why is it people think that adding a reverb in the mixer is different than using a reverb built into a synth.... if you think about it... All you need is an Oscillator Generator (in this case 3xOsc) and the mixer... got wayyyy more options that way.
