  • I won't eat such a carrot cake ! Oil added to icing sugar... strange. I use lime juice, natural and so good.

  • I prefer 115g marscapone 200g cream cheese & 85g icing sugar with two limes (juice and zest)!

    Its honestly tremendous :)

  • This does NOT look presentable at all.Great idea is just to stick to a nice,creamy,rich and FLUFFY cream cheese frosting!You can tint it a little too if you wish...
