In Australia you can't change your shoes. In primary you can but they have to be closed shoes but high school you can't. But i thought that even in America you can't wear high heels to school?! Wow
Going into high school this year, got a new uniform. It's a knee length blue and white skirt (most of the girls hem it tho) and white button up shirt, we are meant to wear navy stockings and a navy school jumper too. I think the school is quite strict on uniform rules even though it's a public school, so I doubt we can wear massive scarfs or stuff like that. I think I'll get away with black stockings, black lace-up boots or converses, my bright blue ice watch and maybe my Blink 182 badge <3

THANK GOD i dont need to wear a uniform. We just have super strict clothing rules. 1. no spagetti straps, 2. no tube tops, 3. shorts have to be atleast finger tip length (although most girls dont follow that) 4. if you have boobs, you MUST wear a bra that supports your bust, 5. were not allowed to wear high-tops (idk why) 6. we cant show bra straps if we do, we get detention. My school is retarded. and thats only half of the rules for girls.

i have to wear a polo/dress shirt with bottons. plus the colors are the school and read white and blue with kahki or black pants, skirts, shorts, ect. we are allowed to wear different colors and patterns if we are opt out. my brothers nvever had this problem because we went to different school districts. and we are allowed to wear head bands, jewlery, high heels ect.
our uniform is like black and gold tie or a royal blue polo shirt and jumper black trousers no denim or shit like that but as long as we wear our ties or jumpers annat they dont give a shit bout trousers/jeans/pants or shoes or acesessories they dont care i wore a shirt that had "BONER" written across it and they didnt care :)

@MissRenesmeePretty No, i don't live in australia, i live in the middle east, i could transfer to another school but i choose not to, because well, i only have 4 years to go and I've already been there for 9 years ( plus kindergarten) and even though it's very strict, it's the best school in my area. And it's not like the other costumes are much better. :D

we cant do any of these things.....we have to wear a checkered skirt, a polo, one braclet, one ring, no dangly earrings, no necklaces can be shown, no nail polish or make up (even though everyone in my grade brakes all the rules).

uhhh my school just allowes a watch,maybe some bands,studs,any type of hairstyle but not too untidy,clear polish,lip-gloss and normal makeup which aint so visable,black,white and brown hair pins bows bands etc.ANY TYPE OF BAG.:D

nice vid, but sadly it doesnt work for my school. I can't even wear makeup/accesories/nailpolish, our dress code is to keep the dress to knee-length and if our hair reaches to the shoulders we have to tie it up to a ponytail ...... (sorry for my bad english i'm asian)

Want to know the waorst part of it? The skirts can't go any higher than four inches above the knee.

@DonchaLoveMilk same with my school, but all the girls have to wear dress pants no skirts, and the shoes have to be black. We cant have any accesories at all, and even some nail polish colours are not allowed, people also got suspended for facial hair, and piercings randomly out of the blue one day.

most schools that allow kids to wear watever, means kids will form groups.
whos wearing something cool and whos not, which leads into pointless arguments, and bullying.
if kids just wear uniforms, everyone is equal to everyone else.
thats just something i have studied in college taking education. it was a good source to view.

In Greece there are no rules u can go to school with whateve u want like: girls can wear tight jeans or tops, mini skirts and short shorts, guys can wear from tight jeans to baggy pants etc.... we can also wear emo/goth/punk clothes, clothes of every colour wear any accesories we want any backbags we want.......JUST NO RULES

My uniform is so bad you have to wear checked blue and yellow skirt which is ankle length. A green boxer and a baggy shirt because they don't like girls showing off there boobs which is stupid :L no jewlerry I wore these tiny red studs and got detention for 3. Months solid :'( I hate my schoool !!!!

my school rules are as follows: no untied hair, no fringes, no coloured hairties, no hair accesories, no earrings (except for earsticks), nomore than 1 piercing per year, no ankle socks, white shoes, no makeup (although they cant tell anyway~), uniform skirt must not be above the knee, no long fingernails, no coloured fingernails, no dyed hair, no rebonding, no perming, no highlights, cant have anything covering any parts of ur uniform (like handphone straps, vests).

i have to wear a polo/dress shirt with bottons. plus the colors are the school and read white and blue with kahki or black pants, skirts, shorts, ect. we are allowed to wear different colors and patterns if we are opt out. my brothers nvever had this problem because we went to different school districts. and we are allowed to wear head bands, jewlery, high heels ect.

our uniform is like black and gold tie or a royal blue polo shirt and jumper black trousers no denim or shit like that but as long as we wear our ties or jumpers annat they dont give a shit bout trousers/jeans/pants or shoes or acesessories they dont care i wore a shirt that had "BONER" written across it and they didnt care :)

i'm glad our school's uniform isn't so strict. we have to wear solid, button-up shirts (no logos unless it's the school's), nothing with a hood, our bottoms have to be black, navy blue, or khaki. our clothes have to cover our shoulders to the top pf our knees. that's it. you can add as whatever accessories we want.
