Great video, man. The fly's too big, and the blood spatter is kind of large, but the tutorial in general was great. You've explained things very clearly.
A couple of ways, but the easiest would be to use the scale bar on the lower left of the footage in question. You can also hit tilde to fullscreen and scale from there, if you feel you need to get closer with your mask or whatever.
