I think america is great! But it has a lot of short comings too, one of these is that it seems to not understand the world at times. But it is through the processing of confronting issues we learn to live with each other. In the Philippines among the filipino they also deal with race issue black filipinos are look down upon then lighter filipino.
You know I have based my entire life on truths, always trying to have an open mind, thinking to myself what if I were in someone elses shoes? I have been blessed to be able to travel to other cultures, even Africa which for me was an awakening. I look at America today and I am sad. We have come along way , but I know we have along way to go.
