  • it helped me out a little.. but thanx anyways it helped me some i get it wen someone explains it but i dont understand it wen i do them myself! just like the boat going against the current one i got that the boat goes 40 miles for the rate but the other person got sumething else..? O.o

  • a banca takes 10 hours to sail a distanece of 100 nautical miles with the current. Againts the current, it takes the banca 25 hours to sail the same distance. Find the rate of the current.

    CAN ANY BODY HELP ME???PLEAESE??

  • 10 hours -> 100 nautical miles with current

    25 hours -> 100 nautical miles against current

    100/10 = banca moves 10 knots with current

    100/25 = banca moves 4 knots against current

    Current rate is 6 knots? Of course, in reality, there's wind involved ;).

  • thx!

  • Muchas gracias por este video. La idea de poner todo en un sistema y asignar una sola variable ahorra el paso de dos variables. Me gusto mucho la idea. Gracias de nuevo.

  • I had a 20 Franc and 10 Franc coin, one English Crown, and a Russian Silver Dollar. All 4 were lined on a flat surface obverse side up equi-distant in the shape of a square. After passing the Crown and Russian coin between the Francs I suggested the English and Crown become as one the same kind of coin. All Europe protested and World War occured.
