This exchange is really hard to stomach. One instance is when Mr. Strickling says, "You are right, that in a perfect world if we had the map our task would be simpler but I don't think we are in any way thwarted from carrying out the legislative goals with the information we do have."
So let's just trust that they are going to do a fine job with our porkulus funds. Reminiscent of the squandering of so many of our dollars spent in shoddy construction rebuilding the infrastructure of Iraq.
This is pork. Tax money should not pay for broadband, private company's will do that just like the present system.
