I believe the clips are so short because they've been divided into specific issues. If you notice the "more info" area (upper right hand box) you'll notice TechnaGirl has conveniently explained every "section" she's divided. Most likely for those folks who were wondering how certain issues were dealt with without having to sit through the entire episode. ;o)
