Ive been on it for 4 days and I have lost nothing. I am following it completely! I do not eat alot either, so Its not that im overeating! I am still on the fence with this stuff. I am a real person not getting paid and have no intention of getting paid. I ask myself, roca is willing to pay us 50% back if we do a video, poor people will do it to get there money back even if it doesnt work!

@Bonita598 hey thank you! no at this time i am not counting cals. but i think i eat around 700-900 cals a day i dont really eat that much today as we speak i only ate 2 scrampled eggs and a piece of toast around 12pm i been drinkin v8 v splash smoothie juice all day imma start an all liquid diet 2morrow which is i only drink like chicken broth or juice off of roman noodles tomato soup you kno stuff like that and i hope that boost my weight loss with the roca labs ill post a new video friday
