The guy who designed the seats on the economy class of this plane clearly wanted you to stay awake during the whole flight. They are unbelievably uncomfortable. There is an unmovable pillow that makes your head tilt forward. No wonder they are going bankrupt. But I do love their hostesses. They are the best in the business.

I was lucky enough to get on the top deck from Manila to Tokyo with Japan Airlines,the airline does'nt get a lot of publicity, but take it from me they are very good. only Singapore Airlines better them in that area.
