Several driver had good needed runs also: #81 Kennington & #05 Rowe, until they crashed, #24 McClure & #84 Harmon 3 laps down & for Harmon, his 1st run to the finish in some time in this series, & finally #52 Neuenberger, 1 lap down in 14th for Means racing.

The problem with that is if you take the lead to soon, you give the pack time to organize and gang up on you. That's why drivers wait until the last couple of laps to pass for the win. Jr had it won if Biffle went with him.
