@FoxBodyMike87 O no, u dont have to do anything besides changing the manifolds and maybe re routing oil lines to the turbos. But thats about it.

@FoxBodyMike87 Yes you can, you can get a stock size turbo that has been modified. If you wanted a different style or bigger turbo you would have to get new header manifolds.

@kumathebulldog Yeah most noise distortion is becasue of the camera, just has alot of bass in person. I wish i could make it sound like a 4 banger with 1in exhaust and fart can. But i would just loose to much power that way.

@sideburns2009 yea they spool down, meaning they stop spinning, which in turn halts the oil from cooling the turbos, which again results in damage to them... even manufacturers vehicle handbooks clearly state, after agressive driving, before turning the car off to let it idle for a certain period

IF you just shut the car off right after "aggressive driving" your letting hot oil sit in the turbos which can build up junk in the turbo and cause damage. When you let it idle, it lets the oil cool down past the temperature that this build up happens.

Im looking at a stealth right now, body is perfect no dents or scratches. Int looks fine could only see thru a window. Its got 200k on it. If i bought it would i end up putting in a new motor right away?

If its a turbo model i would think that it would be on its last leg by now for sure. If it is a non turbo, i have seen those go to 300k+ so i dunno.

@LowDexPro I'd rebuild it if you're positive you want the car. Make sure to replace the oil pump and that you get a proper turbo block with 72T pistons.

depends on if its the DOHC or the SOHC, the DOHC has same engine as the tt. just less moving parts in the SOHC so most of the time that means it last longer

No not usually, you can make it work probably but it would be more trouble than its worth.

O yeah, no resonator. Its just 4in pipe all the way back to the muffler, but it really isnt much of a muffler...

Damn, a 4 inch exhaust!?!?! Do Stealths respond well to an exhaust this big? Seems like you would loose A LOT of back pressure with one this big. It is TT though, just noticed.

Eh no you should be able to figure it out if you have somebody who can drive for you while you play with it some. Just study up on it some and you should be good. Also on 3SI people have posted up there settings so you can use that as a starting point when tuning which helps out alot...
