ELF when I look at my mom and dad I feel a surge of positive energy come through me and that always makes me feel happy when I am sad or in a bad mood.

When I feel down I have to remind myself of James 1:2-4. Even if my trials are just funky emotional moods God is allowing them to happen for a reason and is growing my character and faith
