you can get master hand using a gameshark. I did it WITHOUT using an emulator, and I will upload a video of it.

I used to got an error when masterhand gonna K.O , and the emulator goes paralysed -----> do you know why?

The Game can't handle that character being modified during/ prior to the results screen. That's why. It's still fun to use for the match though
