This is a stroy about a man going out looking for trouble, for the hell of it... And he is praising him for it. What we should be talking about is the greatness of this Black Afrcan society that is greater then that of Americas... And how it was ruined when this man showed up with war and guns...
@mdotty42 Well, Obviously Egyptian history. It didnt stop with him though.. You have to remember, most of european leaders, were extremely racists.. So any black establishment in Africa, and the "middle east" was rewritten to belong to someone with a bright complexion.. While my ancestors were being enslaved, and having their language removed from them, they were scavaging the middle east, and Africa, collecting scriptures and sculptures, destroying..
@mdotty42 Look at American media, movies like "The Mummy" and "Prince of Egypt" With white people posing as the anciet egyptians..
When they are clearly presenting themselves as black on the walls of Egypt. And their is also ancient scriptures, with Greek historians and documentation with white people of those days, identifying Egyptians, ethiopians and others. as a dark skinned people. and it doesnt take rocket science to see that most of American history is directed by the racism of whites
This documentary is misleading. Armenians had NOTHING to do with the Mamluks. The first Mamluk dynasty (the Bahri) was ethnically Kipchak Turkish. The second dynasty (the Burji) was Circassian. Ottomans conquered it in 1517. After the Burji rebelled in 1768, the Ottoman government filled the Mamluk ranks with Georgian recruits. Yes the Caucasus Mountains are technically "near" Armenia, but they don't share a border. Many countries are "near" the Mntains. Trying to market Armenia or something?
This narrator seems to admire Napoleon too much. Many people do. He was not a great man. He was a warmongering douchebag. I guess he was "good" at it, if you imagine war as a board game.
