  • was there got messi xavi inniesta autograph well pleased

  • Sorry you feel that way about the video. Messi is the player on the left of the screen that juggles the gym ball.

  • What a stupid video. Where is Messi?

  • Come on is there any doubt messi is the best player in the world? I now believe he is better than maradonna.

  • Not reely connected with messi but does anyone have an opinion on who is the best player in the world justnow? Personally i would say Rooney but i only see goals from La Liga sometimes so cant reely judge Messi or Ronaldo for this season, what does everyone else think?

  • Then of course he took Argentina more or less on his own to a World Cup victory in -86. Argentina was a good team but would by no means have made it further then to the quarters without Diego. Messi plays in the best team in the world and has pretty good players around him in the national team. He must win heavy titles but then again the way he wins them, i.e. will he player a MAJOR part (?) decides if he can be acknowledge as one of the Greats.

  • Ye i think you make some good points. Only things i would agrue with are that Napoli only won the Uefa cup in the 88-89 season which is nowhere near the champions league now. Also do you mean that serie A is 2 or 3 times better than spanish and english leagues then or now? Thanks for commenting btw do you know if this revenue sharing thing is worth it?

  • hey, I mean that the Italian League was the best 20 years ago. Currently, I personally consider the premiership the best but I know, maybe the La Liga is better. Yeah, you are probably right about the CL. I am not really sure of what you mean with revenue sharing...could you re-phrase it?

  • hey, italian league was the best 20 years ago. i personally think the premiership is the best now. you r prob right about cl. i am not sure of wat u mean about revenue sharing....could u re-phrase it? (my mothertongue isnt english maybe thats way...)

  • I think you should be very careful when you try to compare Messi (or anyone for that matter) with Maradona. When Maradona came to Napoli they were at the bottom of Serie A (maybe even Serie B??) and he took them to an Italian Serie A title and a European Cup Title. This European Cup Title could be compared to winning the CL perhaps even bigger. And then the Italian league was definitely the best in the world at that time. Maybe two or three levels ahead of the english and spanish league.

  • messi win the world cup if he want to be a legend like maradona...

  • sugna123, Maradona's best years were at Napoli so it is unfair to say that Messi has surpassed Maradona at club level. Winning two italian titles in 80s with Napoli I feel is much harder than winning two champions league at a prestigous club like Barca.

PS Both players should be celebrated because of their talents.

  • I agree that both players should be celebrated. When Messi has finished his career both him and Maradonna will be looked back on as two of the best players ever. I still think that Messi winning two CL and two La liga's is more than Maradonna achieved at Napoli however i think at the moment if you take the players overall

  • maradona in better

  • I would agree that Maradona is better overall justnow but Messi is only 21 i think and will improve. Maradona also had a better international career but at only 21 Messi has already had a better club career.

  • messi is great and seems to be a really cool person, but in my opinion the best player is andres iniesta. best forward messi, but all over i think iniesta.

  • I agree that iniesta is a special player however he is not a once in a generation player like Messi or Ronaldo are. Iniesta, in my opinion, is the same level as Xavi so i believe he is not quite as irresplaceable as Messi is.

  • i understand what u mean by iniesta. but the thing is people like watchin goals and iniesta dosnt really score many goals. however iniesta is probebly one of or the best dribbler in the world. that said messi has a combination of close dribble and agility which make him the best dribbler by default

  • yeah but why can he score goals? cause iniesta makes great passes...and so does xavi.

messi is awesome and iniesta is awesome, too. in combination they are unbeatable when they really want it.

  • Ye i agree messi's goals are the end result of his skill and passing moves the team. I think the barca team this year is amazing, so much fuss has been made about real madrid but the barca team is imence, and this is comming someone who doesnt support barca btw.

  • that is so cool!! love messi

  • Barca were fantastic against Man utd, great to see Messi scoring a header to!

Would Barca win the English Premiership tho?

  • He's so cute!

  • messi is the best wordl player...after messi maybe c.ronaldo...ronaldo doesnt play well against rivals or strong clubs...messi play well...

im man utd fan but messi is my best player....

  • I am also a Man utd fan and i have to agree with you that messi is the worlds greatest player. Ronaldo does score in big games i.e champions league final but i dont think he plays to his potential in big games.

  • I agree too Messi is the best player in the world. I'm a Liverpool fan but agree that Ronaldo is a quality player but think Gerrard plays better in the big games

  • lol messi is copying everything off maradona

  • A bit unfair. Yes im sure messi does learn tricks from marradona but as was one of the best players ever you couldnt pick a better player to model yourself on. Also i dont remember marradona doing this, i heard he juggled an orange tho.

  • Im not being unfair, I am a huge Messi fan..I just remember in one of the videos of Maradona (Maradona the original) you an see him juggling a huge ball like this and he juggled a water bottle and did a bicycle kick on it.

  • Fair enough. I have never seen this video but it sounds cool do you have a link for it?

  • he has juggled a huge ball but it looked like the earth, it was bigger and it wasnt that easy, he could onl juggle it with his left

  • how do you get at that such places with the players?

  • This was a preseason training camp in St Andrews Scotland and througha friend i got a training pass.

  • all i hve to say 4 messi..

    hes soo talented""""

  • ye this was an amazin trick, although im a man utd fan i think this guy has more natural abilty than ronaldo but probably scores less goals cos he doesnt play as a striker as often as ronaldo did last season.

  • yea,,

    thank god..

atleast this man u fan dsnt hate messi..

    thx soo much...

    yea i dnt like c.ron.. but i dn't support man u..

n u r right messi dsnt score as often as ron..

becoz messi is the key playmaker in ~BARCA..

    lol..

    thx...

    cya

  • messi doesn't score as much as ron? Are you kidding me? He was injured during the majority of the season last term and this year he has 21 goals already while still being tied for second in assists i believe .

  • LOL.......

    I said often..

lol not messi dsnt score as much as ron..

    BTW.. ILOVE MESSI!!

    M10 R0X

  • messi was juggling that huge ball..wtf.talent

  • they don't do much training do they?

    i was there wednesday

  • ye i know what u mean there training seems pritty relaxed. it must work though cos they destroyed hibs and dundee united .

  • lolol, thats a good point.

it does seem as though the players like messi, deco, and henry just do their own thing
