Wolverines claws would not go through Juggernaut. Man this depiction of him sucked. Least the Juggernaut bitch joke was sort of funny, even though that's not the character in the slightest.
The only thing I hate about this scene is that Prof X was naive enuf to believe that a fight wouldn't break out. R U SERIOUS?! Had that been me, I'd have mentally augmented Storm's and Wolvy's abilities and complete knocked Juggy out when his helmet was still off. That'd have really only left Mags and Phoenix to deal with.

Even though many have been talking of the heroes being watered down, the Villains have too. Juggernaut getting knocked out? That's pretty much impossible, let alone by Wolverine and Storm. Juggy looked like such a weakling in this film. Boo.
I'm assuming they powered some mutants down to create conflict. I mean, this little bitch a match for Storm? Storm could decimate an entire city if she wanted to. But if she did that and just destroyed all the enemies at once, it would be a rather short movie, don't you think?
Again where's the sense of pain or grit in this fight that the first 2 had. Its just bash bash bash bash power bash bash power. The others it was cool to show the blood, the realism of the fight. The moment our heroes just seem to become pretty much all out invincible - the moment I stop worrying and the tension from the scenes is gone completely. Such a shame.
this movie sucked balls...and so did XMOW. I'm so glad that First Class is getting great reviews. We definitely need a good X-men movie after two horrible ones.

@AndrewFisher16 sorry but no - Storm controls the air around her - no-one could get within 10 yards of her without her knowledge, the slightest move would change the flow of the air, letting her know exactly where the person is. Even if they did fire a shot, she can create winds strong enough to repel any projectiles... Overall, both Storm and Jean (as Phoenix) are badass in their own right - but not in this, or any of the movies in this trilogy... they've been watered down so much... pfft!
And, Storm's lightening couldn't kill Wolverine. He's been electrocuted plenty of times with no ill effects. The only way he could die would be to drown.

Jean is pretty strong on her own but with phoenix she is unstoppable and can never die permanently. Storm is also very powerful but their not even in the same class.

When they made the 2nd movie Halle Berry had to fight the directors so they could show the real Storm in this movie and even here they didn't let her fly much. If u recall in the first movie she flew in the elevator. Hope tht helps.

Can anyone tell me why magneto had this phillipino on his team with only power of making spikes growing out of his face???
I mean there were some random mutants like the one in the forest who could actualy shoot spikes( and with a little bit of luck even kill characters like storm) from a distance. God..

They removed most of this fight because Brett Ratner felt it was taking away the true purpose of the scene, which was Xavier and Jean.

my bet is that because its a great way of making money long after the movie left the theaters. People like to pay money for the "Director's Cut" edition, or a DVDE with the "Deleted Scenes".

she used tornadoes in x2,and she made a blizzard in the first movie,she also blew Toad out of the statue of liberty.
