Who else thinks the judge looks like a frog or Jabba the hutt? They say that boys tend to resemble their mothers- now there's a scary thought! He used to be a prosecuter and he even sat in on an execution of a case he had prosecuted- before becomming a judge- I think that explains alot as to why he seems to rule in the prosecution's favor the majority of the time.
