I think the poster meant that one parent was full chinese and the other was half chinese/khmer. If math is done properly, it should be 3/4 chinese and 1/4 khmer since the one parent(2nd gen) is 1/2 of each which means 3rd gen would be 1/2 of a 1/2 or 1/4. Basically the poster is correct.
