I have one and the fucking gosh damn touch screen kinda drives me nuts. cus one in a while if oi touch the unlock it won't do it. then I have to go to the qwerty board and calibrate it. it's a grrrrrrrr and it was a used phone. I hate when ppl lie!!!!!!!

x..x...this phone sucks ive gotten like 4 replacemtn phones because it randomly stops charging and i have to like squeeze the charger into it but now that wont even work D:< idk what to do ive had it for 2 years e.o..but still ive gotten replacements that only last a couple of months

It does that when it over heats or you charge it too much and the battery is mess up. That's why it keeps restarting like that. I've had mines for almost 2 years now and it don't do that to me.

mine did that before i broke it. They say its a defect of the phone.  Take it back and tell them and they will most likely fix it.

take the battery out without turning the phone off. let it sit for a minute then put it back in and power it on. makje sure you have the phone on when you take the battery out.

well i had a voyager and i had the same problem but i kept taking it in over and over and they would just give me a new phone. they finally updated the software when the vogaer titanium came out and my phone never did it again. hope i helped (:

It's defective, take it to the store and tell them to give you a replacment. Don't ask, tell them.  I went through 5 LG Envys before switching to th Envy 2. My Voyager is coming in the mail because my Envy 2 started having problems so I went in and told them to do something about it ^^ it won't cost you anything.

you don't have to pay for a replacement if it's a manufacturer's defect within the first year of owning it. But you can only try a new phone within the first 30 days.

Well i dnt hve the Voyager but my Chocolate had the same problem as well. and my first phone i got had the same problem too XD I went to Verizon and they changed it free of charge and everything. They gave a new chocolate and it hasnt done since...a year so far ^_^ however it only does it wen I go to edit my pics and ten itll shut off but i dnt need to really edit my pics anymore so no problems XD but take it to verizon theyll fix it, just dnt tellem its ur fault if it was ;)

My voyager was doing the same thing. I called Verizon and told them about it and they told me to take it back to the store to get the free upgrade that had recently came out. I went to get the upgrade and my phone hasn't shut off since. So maybe it just needs the software upgrade. Hope that helps.

i hav experienced a lot of problems with lg. my voyager, however, none. i believe it is the best phone besides the itouch. but they r way too expensive.

i would say motorola makes the best phones in general, but this voyager tops everything else. the i touch is just too expensive.
