I work at this marina, the driver is a good friend of mine. 1. The boat in the video is very far from being worth a half mil. 2. If you watch the video you'll see that the driver isn't even driving for the "awe" factor. 3. You DO NOT have to be certified. 4. The reason you lower the load is to "balance the load". 5. The dude driving has been doing this job for 17 years. If I were you guys I'd be out enjoying my "free lunch ticket" and chasing pussy, not making stupid ass comments on youtube.
hahah okay "dumb ass" in order for you to be a legal fork lift oporator u have to get certified. and every instructor will tell you to lower the load. that way if it does fall it was do as much damage. soooo who is the dumd ass now?
i would never consider having my boat stored this way .

1. the boat could be free, you dont leave the lift with a load on the forks.
2. you DO have to be certified to drive that lift.
