As a trumpet player in the Longhorn Band, I can say that I respect the hell outta A&M.  I mean, I almost went there, but I didn't want to have to be in the corps to be in the band. But all of the traditions that you guys have are awesome and seem like something really cool to be a part of. Both UT and A&M are great schools, top-notch institutions that anyone from any other state should be grateful if they were lucky enough to get in.

Love it! Whoop! Aggies are the best! Wonderful school. tu is the radical place while A&M has a very strong traditional education. I know the art dept at tu emphasizes abstract work while A&M has a strong architecture dept. with a branch off into computers and animation. We've been trying to get an art degree for years, but the regents say if you want studio art, go to tu or another state school. still hoping, though.
